The Christmas and New Year for everyone to celebrate

Christmas and New Year are the most important festival for millions around the world. It can bring people together and be merry. Of course, food is the best way to bring people together and what’s better than cooking a good meal for family and friends? But if one doesn’t want to go traditional all the way, fast food restaurant in Plympton is there for them.

A traditional Christmas dinner has turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. Other kinds of roast beef, poultry, or ham are also prepared that day. For dessert, an apple pie or pumpkin pie, raisin pudding, Christmas pudding, or fruitcakes are staples.

Why not try something different?

We know it is not for us to say things like this, but you could give it some thought. Turkeys, gravy, potatoes are the dishes you have every year. Change is the only constant, so why not try some Mexican or the best Indian food in Plympton

It will be a bit out-of-the-box concept but you can give it a try. From naan, dal makhani, butter chicken, and paneer to Nepali dishes like chicken momos, the kali set, mixed chow mein, and buffalo dishes. It can be worth a try from fast food restaurant in Plympton.

Christmas meal in different continents

Almost all countries have the traditional gravy, roasted turkey/fowl/pheasant/goose/duck, cranberry sauce, pies, vegetables, mashed potatoes. The UK and USA forms of Christmas meal are the one for all to follow, with slight variations.

However, the Asian and European countries have some major differences in their Christmas meal. They have different cultures and according to that, they set their menu. In India, it is the Biryani that takes centre stage. Mutton or lamb is the meat used for the curry. Japan makes do with KFC orders for Christmas parties. Austrian dinner usually has ham, goose served with Rumpunsch, Gluhwein, and chocolate mousse.

Countries celebrating Christmas all over the world are a treat to watch. With families and friends coming together, the scene is one of a kind. Many look forward to it, while many also detest it reminding them of their loved ones since they are alone. Western culture is low on togetherness and hence, many have seasonal depression too. They order food for themselves from fast food restaurants in Plympton or New York. And it’s never easy for many.
