Best Indian food in Plympton- Yogurt based Indian food that you should know

The sensitive, mild, and milky taste of yogurt goes well with many other components used in Indian cuisine. It is a major part of numerous dishes. There are fast-food restaurants in Plympton but you may try something different for a change.

· Curd Rice- It is truly comfort food! Of South Indian influence, it tastes excellent with just a pickle or chutney. You can also try it with daal (lentils) or meat preparation.

· Mishti Doi (sweet curd)- It is synonymous with Bengal in East India. The Bengalis are renowned for their delicious sweet preparations and Mishti Doi is amongst their most popular desserts. Mishti Doi is a household name in West and East Bengal. It tastes great but is too simple to make!

Most of the dishes made from curd are extremely liked by everyone. The trick is to put the right amount of spices and frying time for the dishes that require it, for example dahi bhindi or dahi gosht. Even the some of the delicious Nepali food in Plympton may have curd based dishes.  

Go out and experiment with food, but take precautions relating to the pandemic too. Yogurt has a lot of health benefits, so you may as well eat healthy!
